Resepi Double Chocolate Brownies

I've been seriously inactive in blogging these past few months. Huhuhu.. My apologies my good fellow bloggers. It's not that I haven't anything to say or do, it's just that I don't have the time and energy to stay up till 3 o' clock in the morning just to type a recipe or two :P

The reason? I've turned into a night owl so I could finish decorating all the cakes ordered :P

Business's been quite good, alhamdulillah.. Hehe.. And I'm addicted to Face Book-ing too, that's why everything's updated there and 'cause I'm just plain lazy to update it twice here :P Soryyyy...

Just to show you how awfully sorry I am, I'll type a recipe I like and found to be extremely delicious to eat ;) It's a fudgey brownie, so for those who like their brownies very chocolatey and very fudgey, here's a good recipe for you.

Makes 9 large@16 small squares

Bahan 8" segiempat:
6 sb @ 90g mentega tanpa garam (ku guna salted butter)
6 oz @ 170g semisweet coklat (kalau guna coklat masakan, kurangkan gula lebih kurang 2/3C@200g)
1/4C@25g serbuk koko
3/4C tepung gandum
1/4st garam (tak letak)
1/4st baking powder
1C gula
2 telur Gred A
2st esen vanila
coklat chips (ku letak sendiri)

Cara:
  1. Panaskan oven 175C. Sapukan butter pada dasar dan keliling loyang 8" segiempat sama dengan kertas kalis minyak, biarkan kira-kira 2 inci terkeluar dari sisi loyang. Butterkan kertas minyak, ketepikan.
  2. Masukan butter, coklat, dan serbuk koko dalam bekas tahan panas, panaskan secara teknik double boiler (bekas tahan panas atas periuk berisi air mendidih). Cairkan semua bahan sampai sebati, ketepikan dan sejukkan sedikit.
  3. Dalam bekas lain, ayak tepung, baking powder dan garam. Ketepikan.
  4. Dalam bekas mixer, putar telur, gula dan esen vanila hingga kembang dan keputihan (agak-agak dalam 4 minit). Masukkan adunan coklat tadi, pukul hingga sebati.
  5. Masukkan adunan tepung, pukul sebati (pastikan disisi bekas pun diadun sekali).
  6. Tuangkan adunan dalam loyang, ratakan bahagian atas dengan spatula. *Taburkan coklat chips/badam cincang.
  7. Bakar 35min @ hingga cucuk guna lidi, ada crumbs tapi tak basah (elakkan cucuk di tengah-tengah dan sisi brownies).
  8. Sejukkan dalam loyang 15 min, kemudian angkat dan sejukkan betul-betul di atas redai sebelum dipotong (kalau potong masa tengah panas potongannya tak cantik. Nak lagi cantik potong, sejukkan dalam peti sejuk dulu baru potong).
