I dedicate this blog to my darling daughter, Nurfatihah Humairah bt Muhammad Rahmat, who has passed away on 25 July 2011, without having the chance of seeing her parents. May Allah bless her soul..

Trying to make sense behind the scientific functions, facts and reasons for each and every ingredients used in my cakes/breads/cookies :P I ain't no Einstein but I do love to explore and share what I've learned so that others can benefit from my baking ;p Cheerio!

1C = 1 cup = 1 cawan = 250ml
1/2C = setengah cawan = 125ml
1/4C = suku cawan = 62ml
1st = 1 sudu teh = 5ml
1sb = 1 sudu besar = 15 ml = 3 x 5ml = 3 sudu teh
***Guna cawan dan sudu khas untuk baking.
