dyg;yg berkilat tu bukan jem dik..yg tu apricot gel..bleh jumpa kat bakery supplier ada jual.fungsi gel tu mmg tuk kasi kilat atas kek atau tartlet dan sebagainya..harap info ni dapat membantu dyg ye.

tq sebab jawabkan RC ^_^ betul apa yg RC ckp, dia letak apricot gel. kalau kita2 kt rumah ni jrg nk letak sbb biasa akan salut kek dgn cream. hehe..
